Join me on the mat right here in Fernie, BC and let me guide you through your movement and mindfulness practice, integrating a variety of functional modalities to tap into both body and mind.

These in-person classes are ideal if you spend a lot of time playing in the mountains, and you want a practice to complement & support your other activities. They’re also a great time for you to breathe more fully, and carve out space to simply reconnect with your Self.

I think we could all use a little of that.
